Newsroom Information for Reporters

Welcome to the 2003 AAAS ANNUAL MEETING, the "largest general science conference in America." The meeting is being held February 13 - 18, 2003, at the Colorado Convention Center, the Denver Marriott City Center and the Hyatt Regency in Denver. The Press Center is located in the C-area on the Main Level of the Colorado Convention Center. Please pick up your registration materials in Room C-101.

The AAAS Press Center features information on over 750 speakers leading 140 multidisciplinary sessions. This year, you'll receive a CD when you register with biographical information and presentation summaries for more than 300 speakers. Hard copies can be found in Room C-109.

With proper credentials, working reporters, public information officers, journalism professors and students may register to receive complimentary registration. To register onsite please go to Room C-101 in the Colorado Convention Center. Reporters must have a photo ID and two (2) clips with their name in the byline and the masthead of the publication. The clips must have been published after August 2002. PIO's must have a photo ID and a business card, indicating the employer name and position title.
