Advance press registration is now closed. Career science communicators may receive complimentary newsroom registration, which includes all the benefits of a full regular annual meeting registration. The Newsroom registration option is available only to those whose primary occupation is science communications. Appropriate credentials and photo ID are required. Please review the credentialing guidelines. Please register on-site in the Newsroom Headquarters in the Acapulco Room at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. When you register on-site, please have a photo ID and be prepared to show credentials to verify that you are a career science communicator.
