Meeting events will be held in downtown Washington, D.C. at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, 801 Mount Vernon Place N.W.; the Renaissance Downtown Hotel, 999 Ninth Street N.W.; and the Grand Hyatt Washington, 1000 H Street N.W. The other official meeting hotels are the Embassy Suites Convention Center, 900 10th Street N.W., and the Hampton Inn Convention Center, 901 6th Street, N.W. Special room rates are available only through the AAAS Travel Desk. Please do not contact the hotels directly. Newsroom registrants will receive a code number for making reservations at official meeting hotels once their applications for press credentials are approved.
