Applicants with dual affiliations or professional roles (i.e., investor, researcher, lobbyist, student, etc.) generally will be ineligible for embargoed access.
After registering online, you must request access
to the embargoed section in writing, on your employer's letterhead
with your supervisor's signature. Alternatively, in place of the
letter, fax three recent clippings (within the past six months) with your byline to 202-898-0391. Please make sure the publication's name and date are visible. All freelance journalists will also be required to submit a signed embargo agreement, which will be sent to you via e-mail once we receive your registration.
