Clevosaurus sectumsemper (IMAGE) University of Bristol Caption An artist's impression of Clevosaurus sectumsemper, a new small species of reptile with self-sharpening blade-like teeth that lived 205 million years ago. The species was identified by student Catherine Klein and her supervisors at the University of Bristol, UK, from fossils found in a quarry in Gloucestershire. Part of the name chosen for the new species takes inspiration from the sectumsempra ('sever forever') spell cast by Severus Snape in the Harry Potter books.
