NASA IMERG Data Hurricane Sandra's Heavy Rainfall This IMERG rainfall analysis indicates that moisture flowing from Hurricane Sandra caused heavy rainfall totals of over 700 mm (28 inches) in an area northeast of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Sandra's approximate path and locations are shown from Nov. 24 through Nov. 29 at 0000 UTC and 1200 UTC are shown (white).
