The Amu Darya is the largest river in Central Asia, and flows through Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. A PEER project will pair scientists from the region with Johns Hopkins University researchers to examine water resource management in the region.
