Caption: In the third illustration, the poll results are narrowed by dragging into the doughnut hole the icons to show that the survey results on the bar chart are further limited to college graduates or people with post-graduate degrees who also earn between $100,000 and $150,000 per year. Note how overall favorable ratings among this educated, economically comfortable group increase for Obama but drop slightly for McCain compared with the second illustration.
