Caption: This data for this video were taken by the DPCI collaboration using the Compact Light Source X-ray beam. The tomographic image of the frog above was reconstructed from 60 transmission projections recorded over 360 degrees. The reconstructed data set has 192 x 192 x 240 voxels, and an isotropic pixel size of 80 microns cubed. A standard filtered back projection algorithm with a Hamming cut off was used.
