Caption: Interactive annotation can be used to perform virtual studies on CT scan data. Using OsiriX visualization software, the length measurement annotation tool is used to take instant measurements on a CT scan of a chimpanzee skull, providing researchers a valuable analysis tool without ever handling the actual physical specimen.
