Caption: NASA's TRMM satellite captured a view of Isaac's rainfall rates on Aug. 28 at 11:05 pm EDT, just three hours and 20 minutes after its first landfall in southeastern Louisiana. The purple areas indicated the heaviest rainfall rates, near 70 mm (2.7 inches) per hour.
