Caption: An animation of NOAA's GOES-13 satellite observations from Aug. 28-30, 2012, shows Hurricane Isaac make two landfalls in southeastern Louisiana on Aug. 28 at 7:45 p.m. EDT (1145 UTC) and Aug. 29 at 6 a.m. EDT (1000 UTC) and slowly crawl north. This visualization was created by the NASA GOES Project at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, Greenbelt, Md., using observations from NOAA's GOES-13 satellite.
