Caption: On Sept. 28 at 1445 UTC (10:45 a.m. EDT), NOAA's GOES-15 satellite captured this infrared image of Tropical Storm Miriam's remnants and Tropical Storm Norman just as it was classified a tropical storm. Both storms are in the Eastern Pacific, off the coast of western Mexico.
