This movie relates to a paper that appeared in the Nov. 29, 2012, issue of Science Express, published by AAAS. The paper, by Michel C. Milinkovitch at the University of Geneva in Genève, Switzerland, and colleagues was titled, "Crocodile Head Scales Are Not Developmental Units But Emerge from Physical Cracking."
