NSCL Beam Physicist Adjusts Array

Caption: NSCL beam physicist Thomas Baumann adjusts the Modular Neutron Array (MoNA). The device at the Michigan State University National Superconducting Cyclotron Laboratory detects neutrons that fly off of reactions with very high efficiency, allowing for experiments that take a fraction of the time to examine the most exotic of rare isotopes.
