Pyrgeometer Blackbody Calibration System

Caption: An Atmospheric Radiation Measurement Program technician calibrates a pyrgeometer in the Pyrgeometer Blackbody Calibration System at the Radiometer Calibration Facility at the Southern Great Plains site. This system was designed to meet the needs for routine calibration of pyrgeometers used in the SIRS, SKYRAD, and GNDRAD measurement platforms. Pacific Northwest National Laboratory is part of the Atmospheric Radiation Measurement Program.
