Journey to the Center of the Cell (1 of 2)

Caption: Graphic design created to demonstrate how our laboratory uses time-lapse fluorescent imaging in combination with time-lapse mass spectrometry-based proteomics to analyze both dynamic proteomes and protein-protein interaction profiles within the cell nucleus. This image relates to an article that appeared in the Nov. 30, 2007, issue of the journal Science, published by AAAS. The study, by Dr. Laura Trinkle-Mulcahy and colleagues at University of Dundee in Dundee, UK, was titled "Toward a High-Resolution View of Nuclear Dynamics."
