Manta Mouth

Caption: Water flows through the 40-inch (1 meter) wide mouth of a giant manta and over the ray's gill arches, the white triangular parts running across the bottom and top of its mouth, five on each side. Its filters, too small to see at this distance, are located in the black portions in between.
