Human Glycine Receptor

Caption: Human glycine receptor, which has a well-defined subunit stoichiometry of two "beta" and three "alpha"-subunits was used as a nanotemplate by attaching fluorescent proteins to these subunits to measure photoactivation efficiency at the single molecule level.
