Infant Feeding Recommendations

This editorial by Doctors Garza and Frangelio describes the benefits of six-month breast-feeding to assure growth and to maximize immunity to infection. Nevertheless, the prolonged breast-feeding may be associated with higher risk for iron deficiency.
