Do people feel well-informed about new developments in engineering and technology? How do Americans view the engineering profession? The results of an extensive nationwide Harris poll on the public's perceptions of engineering achievements will be discussed at a Sept. 1 luncheon for reporters hosted by the National Academy of Engineering.
