UCSF ARI media briefing on Monday, June 26 will preview world AIDS conference in South Africa

A UCSF AIDS Research Institute (ARI) news briefing for local media in advance of the XIII International AIDS Conference will take place next Monday, June 26.

More than 50 UCSF ARI scientists are expected to present at the international meeting, July 9 to 14 in Durban, South Africa.

The UCSF ARI briefing wlil include overviews of key issues expected in Durban by leading UCSF researchers and short summaries by UCSF scientists about their presentations. An additional conference room has been reserved for individual interviews with scientists during and after the briefing. Television crews are welcome to set-up in this room for interviews.

UCSF research being reported at the International AIDS Conference is embargoed untli time of presentation in Durban.
