Scientific Sessions 2001

The American Heart Association is truly saddened by the nation's recent, tragic events. We extend our thoughts and prayers to all those who have been affected by the tragedy.

In this challenging time, our nation's leaders are encouraging us to resume our normal lives as best we can. In that spirit, the AHA will hold Scientific Sessions 2001 as planned and we are pleased to report that registration for the meeting continues to grow. We appreciate your continued support of Scientific Sessions and look forward to seeing you in Anaheim.

We have a full program of world class science and we will strive to provide the best service to the news media. Our program will include daily news conferences and late breaking clinical trial sessions Monday through Wednesday. We will also have American Heart Association national spokespersons available to provide perspective on the research that is being presented.
