NSF to hold public meeting on its fiscal 2004 budget request

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) will release the President's budget request for fiscal 2004 on Monday, February 3. National Science Foundation (NSF) director Rita Colwell will brief the public, the media and interested individuals and groups from the science and engineering communities on the new budget and NSF priorities for for fiscal 2004.
