Celebrity endorsement of junk food should be banned; confectionary should be withdrawn from pharmacies; and voluntary arrangements with manufacturers should be replaced with legislation to make junk-food manufacturers 'clean up their act'. These are the conclusions of this week's Lancet editorial commenting on the recently published report from the UK Food Standards Agency (FSA).
