Tsunami disaster: NRCan scientists report findings

OTTAWA -- On March 23, a team of four research scientists from Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) will be available to the media by teleconference to discuss the findings of their recent field mission in the Seychelles following the Indian Ocean tsunami. The scientists contributed to an international effort to collect scientific data through Global Positioning System technology as well as interviews with eyewitnesses and local officials.
