Can Vancouver become a zero carbon city?
Zero Carbon City discussion shifts the emphasis to local level initiatives aimed at mitigation, adaptation, and practical measures to reduce carbon emissions. Focusing on cities generates a fresh perspective on climate issues, builds awareness of the challenges and potential solutions, and fosters debate about what action is needed today and in the future.
