TORONTO -- On May 27, the Honourable Jean Augustine, Member of Parliament for Etobicoke–Lakeshore, on behalf of the Government of Canada, will join Robert C. Johnson, President and CEO of Purolator Courier Ltd., to unveil a new fleet of hybrid electric delivery vehicles, including one that uses fuel cells.
Media will have the opportunity to ride in the new vehicles and learn how Purolator's new fleet will help cut operating costs, optimize fuel consumption, reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve air quality.
Ms. Augustine and Mr. Johnson will be joined by Campbell Deacon, Deputy Chairman and CEO of Azure Dynamics Corporation (TSX Venture Exchange: AZD), and Jonathan Lundy, President of Power and Generation, Hydrogenics Corporation (NASDAQ: HYGS; TSX: HYG).
