USP releases national report

Webcast of Sixth Annual MEDMARX® Report

The United States Pharmacopeia (USP) will release the MEDMARX® Data Report: A Chartbook of 2000-2004 Findings From Intensive Care Units and Radiological Services. The report examines medication errors associated with radiological services -- a growing diagnostic and treatment area with more than 300 million visits each year. MEDMARX, managed by USP, is the nation's most comprehensive medication error reporting system used to track medication errors in hospitals and health care facilities across the country.
