Minister Lunn to attend third APEC Mines Ministers meeting

OTTAWA - The Honourable Gary Lunn, Minister of Natural Resources, will be leading the Canadian delegation to the Third Ministers Responsible for Mining (MRM3) Meeting at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum in Perth, Australia, on February 13 and 14.

Ministers from APEC member countries will meet with stakeholders to discuss mining practices around the world. Themes of the meeting include global supply and demand, effective governance and sustainable development.
