Meet-the-expert sessions on 20 different clinical topics

Springtime in Tuscany! Come to Florence to hear the world's key opinion leaders in osteoporosis talk about the field's 'hot topics' and join in clinically-oriented 'Meet-the-Expert' sessions, limited in size for maximum interaction between experts and participants.

About the Congress

IOF WCO – ECCEO10 is a joint congress of the International Osteoporosis Foundation (IOF) and the European Society for Clinical and Economic Aspects of Osteoporosis and Osteoarthritis (ESCEO) which will be held in Florence, Italy from May 5-8, 2010. Visit http://www.iofwco-ecceo10.org

Twenty Meet-The-Expert Topics

Each day specialists will lead exchanges on 20 key topics. Small groups, on a first come first served basis, will be encouraged to not only ask questions but to also provide feedback about their own experiences. The following topics and respective speakers are planned:

The European Society for Clinical and Economic Aspects of Osteoporosis and Osteoarthritis (ESCEO) is a non-profit organization, dedicated to a close interaction between clinical scientists dealing with rheumatic disorders, pharmaceutical industry developing new compounds in this field, regulators responsible for the registration of such drugs and health policy makers, to integrate the management of osteoporosis and osteoarthritis within the comprehensive perspective of health resources utilization. The objective of ESCEO is to provide practitioners with the latest clinical and economic information, allowing them to organize their daily practice, in an evidence-based medicine perspective, with a cost-conscious perception.
