AAO-HNS Annual Meeting & OTO EXPO, Sept. 11-14, 2011

The American Academy of Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery Foundation (AAO-HNSF) welcomes you to its 115th Annual Meeting & OTO EXPO, September 11-14, 2011 in San Francisco, CA. Join us at the largest meeting of ear, nose, and throat physicians in the world!

AAO-HNSF is pleased to announce guest lecturer, Marlee Matlin, an Academy Award Winning Actress and Activist who will deliver the John Conley Lecture on Medical Ethics. The anticipated Meet & Greet with Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery Editor in Chief, Richard Rosenfeld, MD, MPH, exclusive only for press is scheduled for Sunday, September 11, 2011 from 12:30 – 1:15 pm in the newsroom.

On a related note, September is Women in Medicine Month; NBC News Chief Medical Editor, Nancy Snyderman, MD, will be the luncheon speaker for the Women in Otolaryngology (WIO) General Assembly/Luncheon on Monday, September 12, 2011 from12:20 – 1:00pm at the Moscone Convention Center in San Francisco, CA.

The meeting provides a variety of media opportunities including scientific sessions, media briefings, and poster exhibits.

The AAO-HNSF Annual Meeting & OTO EXPO Newsroom serves as a work space for credentialed members of the news media, managed and staffed by the AAO-HNS Communications Unit. Please see the AAO-HNS website for media credentialing requirements for the event. The Newsroom will be located in the Moscone Convention Center, Room 250.
