Presentations of new research in otolaryngology -- head and neck surgery

Vancouver, BC, Canada— The 2013 Annual Meeting & OTO EXPO℠ of the American Academy of Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery Foundation (AAO-HNSF), the largest meeting of ear, nose, and throat doctors in the world, convenes today through Wednesday, October 2, at the Vancouver Convention Centre in Vancouver, BC, Canada, to share the latest scientific research and clinical advances.

The Annual Meeting features more than 89 miniseminars, 360 instructional courses, 321 oral presentations and 397 poster presentations across all areas of the specialty—from basic and translational science to clinical research and practice. The scientific program and poster sessions will address medical disorders many of which are among the most common to all ages and both sexes.
