Oxford University Press has recently published a new book by University of Eastern Finland Professor of European Law Kim Talus on the development of the EU's energy law and policy. The book is titled "EU Energy Law and Policy: A Critical Approach."
The book is a comprehensive and up-to-date overview of the development and current state of the EU's energy law and policy.
The book addresses, for example, the regulation of the EU's energy markets, renewable energy, and international aspects of the EU's energy law. The effects of international energy markets and regulation on the EU's energy law and policy also constitute a central theme in the book.
