Unveiling the role of microRNA-27a in dental tissue regeneration (IMAGE)
Caption
In a recent study from Institute of Science Tokyo, Japan, researchers showed that microRNAs (miRNAs), small, non-coding RNA sequences, can stimulate Wnt signaling and bone morphogenetic protein pathways to actively promote bone regeneration in human dental pulp stem cells.
