Treatment for giant and irregular pituitary neuroendocrine tumors (GIPitNETs) using Endoscopic endonasal surgery (EES) might be challenging. CECS is an alternate procedure developed for the treatment in recent times. The study aims to compare the efficacy and outcome of both surgical techniques for treating GIPitNETs. Findings can shape the future of GIPitNETs treatment
