System control structure and diagnostic algorithm.

This fault diagnosis method comprises observation and identification. The ESO observes the diagnostic index for fault detection and location. Then, the CNN estimates the turn ratio to assess fault severity. The control strategy adopts model predictive current control (MPCC).
