Time in the lab leads to longer battery life

Tests by Önder Tekinalp and his colleagues from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology show that lithium-sulfur batteries with the ultrathin HiSep-II coating can increase the number of charge cycles from 200 to 1,000. This means the battery life is increased by a factor of five.
