Eli Slenders, originally from Belgium, is currently a researcher in the Molecular Microscopy and Spectroscopy group at IIT, coordinated by Giuseppe Vicidomini. The ERC grant will allow him to establish his own research group, hiring three PhD students and two postdoctoral researchers.
