Enhanced polarization loss and improved absorbing performance of high-entropy doped MoS2 (IMAGE)
Caption
High-entropy doped MoS2 was synthesized via a modular in-situ and post-doping process. The doped structure was characterized using HAADF-STEM, EDS, and XPS techniques. Notably, the modular doping strategy maintained a stable phase composition while significantly enhancing microwave absorption performance. The improved absorption is primarily attributed to interfacial polarization loss, dipole polarization loss, defect-induced polarization loss, and conductive loss, which collectively contribute to efficient electromagnetic wave dissipation.
