Multi-Mechanistic PtIrRuRhCu High-Entropy Alloy Nanozyme Mitigates Tendinopathy via ROS Scavenging, Mitophagy Restoration, and Ferroptosis Suppression through the PGAM5/FUNDC1/GPX4 Pathway (IMAGE)
Caption
This study developed a PtIrRuRhCu high-entropy alloy nanozyme (HEANZ) with excellent biocompatibility, which effectively alleviates tendinopathy pathological damage by scavenging ROS, restoring mitophagy, and inhibiting ferroptosis through upregulating the PGAM5/FUNDC1/GPX4 pathway.
