Figure 1. The concept of the research: chemical synthesis allows to obtain perovskite single individual crystals directly on an ITO substrate, which makes it possible to couple them individually with a front electrode (BDD) and measure J-V parameters directly. These perovskite nanocrystals can withstand thousands of J-V test cycles and are a tool for ultra-fast data processing.
