Figure 1: Schematic of the STM-PRC architecture. Each node in the network is assigned an independent reservoir. The reservoir corresponding to SL6 (denoted as R6) is shown here as an example. Its input signals originate from the associated node (SL6) and its directly coupled neighbors (SL1, SL2, and SL4). The same processing procedure is applied to every predicted node in the network. Each reservoir is independently trained to forecast the dynamic behavior of its corresponding semiconductor laser:.
