Kris Brye is a University Professor of applied soil physics and pedology in the Department of Crop, Soil and Environmental Sciences for the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture. He is a co-author of a study publised in PLOS One showing a 5 percent increase in voluntary cover crop adoption by farmers in Arkansas with identification of associated cash crops.
