ATR inhibition disrupts replication fork progression (IMAGE)
Caption
These two images demonstrate synthetic lethality with a non-responsive cell line (right) compared to a responder to ATR +PKMYT1 inhibition (left). As demonstrated by the long strands, the non-responder's DNA continues the process of replication fork progression normally, compared to the disrupted process demonstrated by the short and damaged strands.
