NLRSeek: A reannotation-based pipeline for discovering missing plant immune genes

The tool integrates de novo detection of NLR loci at the genome level with targeted genome reannotation, and systematically reconciles these results with existing annotations to produce a comprehensive set of NLR predictions. NLRSeek demonstrated superior performance compared to conventional methods in Arabidopsis, wheat, rice and banana genomes.
