The Zoko Andi 1 site is located on the right side of the lower basin of the Colorado River, approximately 80 km from the Atlantic coast, on a dune where the excavated area reached 23 m2. Excavations were carried out both on the riverbank and in the highest part of the dune (Martínez et al. 2025).
