Broad and potent immune activation with DoriVac vaccines (IMAGE)
Caption
DoriVac DNA origami vaccines consist of tiny self-folding and assembling square block-shaped nanostructures that on one face present adjuvant molecules (green) and on the other pathogen-derived antigens (magenta). The nanostructured vaccines produced a potent activation of dendritic cells and, in turn, significantly greater and broader activation of humoral antibody producing and cellular CD4+ and CD8+ T cell responses in experimental models.
