Research on automation a poultry processing facilities will be explained at the Center for Scalable and Intelligent Automation in Poultry Processing's first field day, April 9, in Fayetteville. .The center was established by a $5 million USDA-NIFA grant in 2023 with partners at the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture, Georgia Institute of Technology, University of Nebraska-Lincoln and Fort Valley State University in Georgia.
