Integrated workflow of MPGK for MR, PRS, GO, and KEGG analyses (IMAGE)
Caption
This schematic illustrates the MPGK analytical workflow. The program accepts genome-wide association study (GWAS) summary statistics, genotype files, and phenotype data as input, and integrates Mendelian randomization (MR), polygenic risk score (PRS), Gene Ontology (GO), and the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) functional enrichment analyses into a unified command-line pipeline. MPGK automatically generates statistical results and publication-ready visualizations, enabling streamlined and reproducible post-GWAS analysis.
